Henrici coffee cake

3/4 cup butter, 1 1/2 cup sugar, 3 eggs beaten...one at a time, 3 cup flour, 3 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, 1 cup milk, 1tsp vanillla, 1/4 pound pecans or walnuts chopped. Mix as for layer cake, butter pan generously, and line with nuts. Pour in tube pan and bake @350 f. Until brown.approx 1 hour.sprinkle with powdered sugar.

@Nghtnurse Nice! Thought there would have been coffee in the recipe lol, but now I'm thinking this is the cake to have with your am/pm coffee, hence the name. 😄 Awesome!
