CHEESY BACON WRAPPED MEATBALLS
1 and half pounds of lean ground beef
3T of dry onion soup mix
1/2 t. of minced garlic
1egg
1 bag of nacho shredded cheese
1 pound of bacon
Mix the meat onion soup mix garlic egg and half the bag of nacho shredded cheese together. Make the meat balls to the size of your preference. Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap the the bacon around the meat balls. Place the meatballs in a pan and bake at 350 for about half hour. Then take more of the nacho cheese sprinkle on the top of the meatballs cook til cheese is melted on the top.
These freeze well and if vac sealed can last up to 1 year in freezer if they have been precooked . If you do not precook you can vac seals and the are good for about 3 -6 months.

OHHH TY BABS :) IM DOING KETO AGAIN AND THESE FIT RIGHT IN WITH THAT... TO FREEZE THEM I WOULD LEAVE OUT THE CHEESE ON TOP AND ADD WHEN REHEATING? SOUNDS SO YUMMY

Sooooo, I decided to make these and so glad that I did! I didn't have the dry onion soup mix, so I subbed it for seasoning salt, and added in some finely chopped onions in with the garlic.
