Liquid Gold Beef Bone Broth

A few roasted beef bones, some with meat still on and beef fat, garlic, onion, thyme in a pot with almost a gallon of water. Pressure cooked for a few hours. Reduced down quite a bit. Seasoned with soy sauce, complete seasoning and a chicken bouillon cube equals perfection.

Now I wished I had a full pot. It reduced down to almost 1/3 of the liquid. Definitely will be making more. It's delicious with the tiny meat pieces in it too. Yum!
