now for most this is a super expensive delicacy. But where I’m from it’s right outside of our harbor. Copper River Red salmon the best you can get. Garlic lemon pepper a touch of salt then gril. Just be careful not to overcook it once you take it off the heat it will continue to cook for a few.

My dad was a big weekend fisherman and we ate so so much salmon as kids but then when you live in Victoria BC Canada you sure get your fill of salmon and lots of other seafood but dad loves his salmon for sure.

That’s awesome I’ve taken a trip through the north west passage and man is it beautiful. Since my DUI in 2012 it’s been a hassle to go to Canada anymore sure do miss it

This is the boat I work on we caught 1.6 million lbs of pinks last season but with a price of .23 then lowered it to .17 mid season hurts to see it at $20 a lb in the market

is it crazy what they pay you for it then turn around and sell it for no wonder people cant afford to eat anymore i went shopping last night 4 bags of stuff and only meat i bought was cod and it was $400 and they messed up on the cod she charged me about$10 a kg less so i got about 7 pounds of cod for $41

What kind of cod is it p.cod black cod? We fish for that every spring and that’s insane give us .50 for pacific and for black cod it depends on the grade #5 was $5 and #3 where 2.25 and good job on the steal lol just don’t ever eat Atlantic salmon it’s not wild and they dye the meat before they sell it
