Chicken Breast and 4 Cheese Rice!

I started making this for my kids when they were little. I fry chicken breast in the skillet and then chop it up into small chunks. In another skillet I make 2 packs of 4 cheese rice, rice-a-roni. Then mix the 2 together. Very simple, but never get tired of it. My children who are 24, 22, and 17 still like it. My grandbabies who are 3 and 1 love it. It is still one of my favorites to make.
