New England Baked stuffed Lobster

Ingredients for 2

4 sleeves garlic ritz crackers

1 pound scallops

12 pound crabmeat

3 sticks blue bonnet margarine

poultry seasoning I table spoon

2 lobsters

Directions

while alive cut lobsters straight down their belly starting from head to tail. Make sure you have claws and tail held down cause the flop around

make sure you remove all internal organs from The brain on through to the tail. Be sure not to remove your meat on the sides of tail

now it's time to rinse the lobster thoroughly..

now directions for stuffing

in a large mixing bowl crush up 4 sleeves of garlic ritz crackers (if you don't have garlic ritz crackers then you can use plain and add garlic salt to your liking) then chop your scallops in quarters and add to the bowl .. make sure to keep a few scallops to the side to add to the final touch. Then add your crabmeat ,poultry seasoning and melted sticks of butter and mix all together well. Once mixed stuff lobsters full with stuffing and add scallops put aside on top.. now bake in oven for an hour to hour and 15 min .. till gold brown
