Catch ya fish, mine in photo, rainbow trout. Clean gut scale. I put, mayo inside gut, lemon slices, salt pepper, mixed hurbs. Wrap x2 layers tin foil, and bake (open fire under ashes 14min) no flame ok. Hse oven, bake sameway, 180% for 20min, or untill cooked. Yummmmmy.
