BBQ'd Ribs

Here's a good tip:

Add some of your favorite bbq sauce to water in a large roaster pan and sink rack of ribs in it (you may have to cut rack in half) Par-boil ribs until cooked half way

Remove ribs and place on a ready grill. Brush thin layer of sauce on ribs. Do this 3 or 4 times. Sauce will become sticky and cling to ribs.

When you can plunge a fork into meat easily. (or even pull a bone out).....

Get ready to enjoy and lick your fingers. Make sure you have lots of napkins
