How about some yummy chicken parm

Here's the finished product

All you need is:

Four fresh chicken tender. Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Shredded mozzarella cheese. Grated pecorino Romano cheese. Your choice of spaghetti sauce. Half a pound of spaghetti and olive oil

Poor little olive oil in a small glass baking dish and roll chicken tenders in it. Coat them with the bread crumbs and return to Dish. Bake at 425 for about 35 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with sauce, mozzarella cheese and sprinkled grated cheese. Return to oven and bake until top is a golden brown. Serve with a side of spaghetti topped with sauce and grated cheese
