Stuffed Sweet Plantains

We had these on our vacation to P.R. Finally, I gave it a try. I used sweet yellow plantain, ground beef, shredded cheese,topped with sour cream and lettuce. Was delicious!

Oh those look good i tried the plantains once and was not struck on them but i will try doing them like that.
