Blackened chicken

I don’t get to cook often because it’s hard to stand on one leg at the stove. Yesterday after playing bingo for a while I made blackened chicken. This was my second time making it. It was as good as the first time I made it. I love trying new recipes. It is getting to hot to spend time in front of the stove but it’s always good to eat a meal you have cooked yourself..
