Blackened Chicken

i love blackened chicken. It is not cheap to get 3 pieces usually or not always available. Well I decided to find a recipe for it. Man there are so many and yet they all have the same spices. So 3 days ago I made blackened chicken from scratch. One bowl, one pan, such easy clean up.
the Cajuns sure came up with a good one. If you like spicy flavor try this blackened chicken, next I’m going to try pork chops.
one more thing I used chicken strips. Chicken breast cut into strips, cooks much better.

I am not one for spicey food but hubby loves it so i will make it for him the spicer the better lol i dont know how he does it .

It is extremely good and easy to make. You need to like spicy food, although it can be made to suit your taste. Enjoy
